To

From the Tools menu select Internet Options.

To
enable JavaScript From
the Edit menu select Preferences.
Click on Advanced, then open the Scripts
and Windows subsection.
Under Enable JavaScript for click the checkbox
next to Navigator.
Click on OK.

enable Cookies From
the Edit menu select Preferences.
Expand the Privacy & Security menu.
Select Cookies.
Check the radio button for Enable all cookies.
